By signing this form,
a) You accept the terms of the Communications Policy 002/72.
b) You consent to being added to one or more WhatsApp groups managed by Kerry Motor Club for the purpose of:

I. Sharing club announcements and updates
II. Coordinating events, meetings, and activities
III. Facilitating member-to-member communication
IV. Distributing schedules, documents, or other materials relevant to club operations

3. Conditions of Participation
WhatsApp is a third-party messaging service. Your phone number and profile information may be visible to other members of the group(s). You are responsible for maintaining respectful and appropriate communication in line with club policies. You may request to leave a group or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting any committee member or the administrator of the WhatsApp group. Withdrawing consent does not affect your club membership but may limit your access to timely information and participation in discussions.

I consent to the sharing of my phone number and name with other group members within the WhatsApp platform.

I consent to the taking and sharing of photographs or any recording at any KMC event may be posted on Social Media outlets and shared with the press

I confirm that by while being a member of KMC I am bound by the rules, policies and procedures of the Club.
